I’m a UX/UI designer with a background in marketing and customer service. My journey into design was fueled by a passion for creating functional and visually appealing products that truly meet users' needs. In marketing, I honed key skills in audience engagement, content creation, and staying ahead of trends. My experience in customer service within the medical field taught me the value of patience, problem-solving, and clear communication—all of which are crucial in delivering exceptional user experiences.
Building on my background in marketing and customer service, I found UX/UI design to be the perfect intersection of creativity and problem-solving. My ability to understand and anticipate user needs, coupled with my design training, allows me to create thoughtful and intuitive digital experiences. Through my UX/UI training, I’ve gained the skills to design user-centered products that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, ensuring both usability and visual appeal.
I’m excited to continue my journey as an in-house UX/UI designer at a mid to large-sized company in the tech, retail, or entertainment industry. I thrive in collaborative, diverse, and employee-focused environments, working alongside like-minded professionals. I’m eager to contribute my skills to create meaningful, user-driven experiences within existing design systems, ensuring consistency while enhancing user engagement.
When I’m not working, I love hanging out with friends and trying new foods—there's always something exciting to discover. I also enjoy spending time with my cousin’s dog, which is a great way to unwind. Lately, I've been teaching myself to play the cello, and I find it both challenging and rewarding. Traveling is another passion of mine, as I love experiencing new cultures and gaining fresh inspiration along the way.
